Google Pay has launched a new service for merchants in India, which we call Soundbox. This service will work like Paytm and PhonePe, but will have new features on the example of Google Pay.

Google Pay Soundbox is a smart speaker that works with Google Pay and Google Assistant. It helps you manage your Google Pay account, control audio playback, set alarms, and more.

The SoundPod is an audio device that will alert the merchant about their daily payments. It will notify merchants of receiving payments through their voice, functioning like Paytm and PhonePe.

Google Assistant: You can use the Google Pay Soundbox to interact with the Google Assistant. You can control music playback, set alarms, control smart home devices, and more. Audio Playback: Google Pay Soundbox has a high-quality speaker that lets you listen to your favorite music, podcasts and audiobooks.

Google Pay has recently decided to launch its Soundbox service for all users. They said through a press note that they have received positive responses from their merchants, due to which they have decided to make this service available to common users.

Google Pay: You can use Google Pay Soundbox to manage your Google Pay account. You can check your balance, view transaction history, and scan Google Pay QR codes.

Paytm launched the Soundbox service for merchants in India in 2019, and then PhonePe also joined in and launched its own service. Now Google Pay has also stepped into this area, their Soundbox service will give merchants the opportunity to receive payments in new ways.

To use the Google Pay Soundbox service, merchants need to download the Google Pay Business App. They need to choose a subscription plan, turn on the daily settlement option, choose a payment profile, and then they’re ready to use Google Pay Soundbox.Alarms: You can use Google Pay Soundbox to set an alarm. Others: The Google Pay Soundbox includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and a USB-C port.
